How is this different from my accounting or tax software?
JustFill is a draft-preparation layer that sits before signature. QuickBooks, Xero, Drake, or your tax suite manage the books and filings — but most still leave you hand-typing W-9s, engagement letters, POAs, and client-specific PDFs. JustFill replaces that typing step. It does not store client data long-term or replace your accounting platform.
Can I really fill one form for all my clients at once?
Yes — that's the core workflow. Upload the form once, import a spreadsheet with one row per client (export it straight from QuickBooks or Xero), and JustFill produces one filled PDF per client in a single pass. You review each on screen, then download the whole batch as a ZIP.
Do you file forms with the IRS or SSA?
No. JustFill prepares filled PDFs for you to review, sign, and submit through your normal channels. We are not an e-filing provider, e-signature platform, or tax advisor. Every form leaves with a human review.
What about client data privacy and SSN/EIN handling?
Client PII (SSN, EIN, address) is processed during the session and is not used to train AI models. Default retention auto-wipes uploaded PDFs and pasted/imported data after the session. We offer a signed DPA on request and follow least-retention defaults.
Will this work on our engagement letter and firm-specific PDFs?
Yes. JustFill reads the visual layout of any flat PDF — there's no whitelist. Federal forms (W-9, W-4, 2848, 4506-C, SS-5) have pre-built detection profiles; your engagement letter or intake form gets a one-time setup the first time you fill it, then becomes a reusable template.
How many forms can I fill in one batch?
Up to 100 rows per batch in the spreadsheet import. For larger client books, split the export (for example by client group or month) and run them one batch at a time. Each batch exports as a single ZIP.
