How it works

    Upload the official form once

    Use the PDF the authority publishes, even a flat one, a scan or a phone photo of the paper form. Field detection places a box on each answer line, checkbox and table cell; it reads the layout, not the words, so the form can be in any language.

    Check the fields and save the layout

    Fix anything detection missed, name the fields and save the layout as a template. The next time you upload the same file, the fields are already in place.

    Put one client per row in a spreadsheet

    Download the column template, or use your own Excel, CSV or Google Sheets file. Columns are matched to the fields by header name, and anything unmatched is left for you to map before any record is generated.

    Review each record, then download

    Open any row on the filled page, correct it or leave it out, and download one PDF per client in a ZIP. With the Google Sheets add-on, the PDFs land in a Drive folder instead.

Why not the usual mail merge tools

Most batch PDF tools fill the form fields a PDF already has, or generate a new document from a template you design. Official application forms are often neither: the authority publishes a flat PDF or a scan, and you are not allowed to redesign it.

No. That is the point of field detection: a flat PDF, a scan or a photo of the paper form works. If the PDF already has form fields, they are used as they are.
Field detection reads the layout, so the form can be in any language. Typed values can use Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese and Korean script. Indic scripts such as Bengali or Hindi are not supported in the output yet, so check one record before a full batch.
A new version is a new file, so check its fields once and save it as a new template. Your spreadsheet can stay the same if the field names do.
The PDF and the spreadsheet values are processed on JustFill servers over TLS. Generated files are delivered to you and not kept after delivery; uploaded source PDFs are deleted within 30 days unless you save them as a template. Do not upload health information; the terms do not allow it.
