- How is this different from our ATS or HRIS?
- JustFill is a draft-preparation layer that sits before signature. ATS and HRIS systems manage the workflow and candidate database, but most still leave you (or the candidate) hand-typing the federal forms and client-specific packets at the end. JustFill replaces that typing step — it does not store candidate data long-term or replace your ATS.
- Do you submit forms to USCIS, IRS, or state agencies?
- No. JustFill prepares filled PDFs for you to review, sign, and submit through your normal channels. We are not an immigration filer, payroll provider, or e-signature platform. Every form leaves with a human review.
- Can I save a template once and reuse it across candidates?

- What about candidate data privacy and SSN handling?
