What is a vendor packet?
A vendor packet is the set of forms and supporting documents an organization requests before setting up or approving a supplier. It commonly includes a vendor setup form, tax form, payment details, insurance evidence, and agreements. The exact requirements belong to the organization collecting the packet.
What does a vendor packet example usually include?
A typical example may include a W-9 or W-8, vendor information form, ACH or remittance form, certificate of insurance, and signed terms. JustFill can prepare repeated drafts of one PDF template from approved spreadsheet data; it does not decide which documents your packet requires.
Can JustFill assemble and sign a multi-document vendor packet?
No. One batch run uses one reviewed PDF template and creates one draft per spreadsheet row. Run each recurring form separately when a packet contains multiple templates. Collection, signatures, verification, approval, and submission stay in your existing process.
Does JustFill replace our ERP or vendor management system?
No. Keep your existing source of truth. Export the approved records to Excel or CSV and use JustFill only for the recurring PDF layer.
Can it decide whether a vendor is compliant or approved?
No. JustFill places user-provided data into a PDF draft. Your team remains responsible for verification, approval, signatures, and submission.

Is this the same as Word mail merge?
It uses the same one-row-per-document idea, but fills your existing PDF directly. You do not need to recreate the form in Word or convert the PDF first.
Can I review results before downloading?
Yes. Each spreadsheet row becomes a reviewable record. Approve the records you want before creating the ZIP.
Does JustFill email the generated PDFs?
Not in the current self-service batch. It creates individual PDFs and packages the approved files in a ZIP for download.
What happens to uploaded documents?
Transfers use TLS. Rendered page images are deleted within 7 days and source documents within 30 days unless you save the PDF as a reusable template.
