- Is JustFill safe to use with my SSN, SIN, and other personal info?
- JustFill encrypts transfers and stored draft values, does not use your documents to train AI models, and does not sell your data. Rendered page images are deleted within 7 days, uploaded source PDFs within 30 days unless saved as templates, and inactive draft values after 30 days. Saved Data remains until you delete it, so only save details you want to reuse.
- Do I need to send anything to the government?
- No — JustFill just fills the PDFs you'll send to your employer. We don't submit to USCIS, IRS, SSA, CRA, HMRC, EPFO, or any government agency. Your completed packet goes through your normal employer channel for signature.
- I don't have my employer's specific direct deposit form yet. Can I still use this?
- Yes. Any flat PDF works — you can upload the form your employer sends you whenever it arrives. There's no whitelist; JustFill reads the layout visually.
- Can I sign the form on JustFill?
- JustFill is a fill-only tool. After your data is in place, download the PDF and use whatever signing tool your employer accepts — drawn signature in a free PDF reader, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or wet-ink print and scan.
- What if I make a typo — can I edit before download?
- Yes. After AI fills in the fields, you see every value on the actual PDF page. Click any field to edit before downloading. Nothing is final until you hit Download.
