How do I mail merge a PDF from Excel?

Can I mail merge PDF documents without Adobe Acrobat?

Yes. Acrobat has no native spreadsheet mail merge, so a browser-based workflow is usually simpler than an Acrobat plug-in or script. Nothing needs to be installed and the form does not have to be rebuilt in Word.

Can a PDF form be filled from Excel data automatically?

Yes. Spreadsheet headers that match field names are mapped automatically, and ambiguous columns can be corrected by hand before generation. Automatic mapping never skips the review step: every generated record stays visible before export.

Can I mail merge a PDF from Google Sheets?

What happens to uploaded documents?

Transfers use TLS. Rendered page images are deleted within 7 days and source documents within 30 days unless you save the PDF as a reusable template.
